Depending on the format and type of research report the proposals will be reviewed by at least two referees according to the following criteria:

1. Overall quality and  originality

2. Description of the processes involved

3. Significance for theory, practice, and policy

4. Theoretical framework, conceptual rationale, pragmatic grounding

5. Clarity of definition of research questions and objectives

6. Research method and design (context, participants, data sources, selection of participants, procedures, ethical issues)

7. Quality, validity and appropriateness of analysis

8. Presentation and interpretation of results/ issues/ problems/ solutions

9. Organisation, structure and language of submission

10. Relevance to the QRAM Convention goals and themes.
